Associate Research Manager

The Associate Research Manager executes the collection, synthesis, and delivery of Verbatim's investment-related data under the overall supervision of the Research Manager.

• Prepare and deliver training to researchers based on a review of client objectives, press releases, SEC documents, stock performance, prior Verbatim projects, industry dynamics, and other factors that will maximize the pace and quality of the team's interviews.
• Prepare client deliverables/reports by customizing formats, creating tables/charts, and drafting report summaries. Synthesize large volumes of raw interview responses into a concise and compelling report.

Data synthesis consists of ensuring the client's questions are answered, searching for themes among the responses, adding or revising questions, and formulating initial conclusions. Fund Managers and Analysts then use this report as the basis for selling, holding, or buying a security.
